General terms and conditions governing the purchase of plugins and services through arreluna.com: licences, prices, payments, delivery, support, guarantee and right of withdrawal.

These general terms and conditions (hereinafter, «the Terms») govern the purchase of products and services offered through the website arreluna.com, owned by Ivan Santaolaria Pijuan, 47110068L, Calle Velázquez, 14 — 23160 Los Villares (Jaén) (hereinafter, «Arreluna»).
Placing an order implies express and unreserved acceptance of these Terms, as well as the legal notice and the privacy policy. We recommend reading them and keeping a copy before purchasing.
02 Products and services
Arreluna primarily sells WordPress plugins and, complementarily, related technical services, including:
- Paid plugins with annual licence, such as RCP – FacturaDirecta and RCP MailerLite Pro.
- Free plugins published on WordPress.org, such as Countdown Visibility Switcher.
- Installation, configuration and maintenance services for the plugins, available to contract separately.
The features of each product or service are described on its corresponding page. Arreluna reserves the right to modify the catalogue, and to add or remove products, at any time.
03 Licences
WordPress plugins are distributed as free software under the GNU GPL v2 or later licence, with respect to their PHP code. What you acquire when purchasing a paid plugin is:
- The right to download the product and use it on the number of sites specified in your plan.
- Access to updates and support during the validity period of the licence (generally one year, renewable).
The licence is personal and non-transferable unless otherwise stated. Reselling, sublicensing or redistributing paid versions, their licence keys or access to updates as if they were your own is not permitted, without prejudice to the rights that the GPL licence itself grants over the code.
04 Purchase process
The purchase process is carried out through the ThriveCart payment gateway and checkout system. To complete an order you will need to:
- Select the desired product or plan.
- Provide the data required for billing and contact.
- Accept these Terms and make the payment.
Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and access or download instructions. The contract is deemed concluded at the moment you receive this confirmation.
05 Prices, taxes and invoicing
Prices shown are in euros (€). It will be indicated whether or not applicable taxes are included; where applicable, taxes (VAT or others) will be calculated and shown before completing the purchase, according to the tax regulations applicable to your location.
An electronic invoice is issued for each purchase through FacturaDirecta, which will be sent or made available to you electronically. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide correct billing details.
Promotions and discounts (such as the launch discount) are temporary and subject to the conditions stated in each case.
06 Delivery and activation
As these are digital products, delivery is made electronically and immediately after payment confirmation, by providing access to the plugin download and, where applicable, the licence key. Installation and configuration services are delivered within the timeframe agreed with the customer after contracting.
07 Support and updates
While your licence is valid you are entitled to receive plugin updates and support by email at info@arreluna.com. Support covers the operation of the plugin itself and its integration with the tools specified in its documentation.
Support does not include the development of custom functionality, resolving conflicts with third-party software unrelated to the product, or general site administration tasks, which can be contracted as a separate service.
08 Withdrawal and money-back guarantee
Under consumer protection regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium when performance has begun with your prior and express consent, and with the knowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the download has started.
Nevertheless, and on a voluntary basis, Arreluna offers a 14-day money-back guarantee: if within that period the plugin does not work as described and we cannot resolve the issue, we will refund the amount paid. To request it, write to info@arreluna.com explaining the problem.
This commercial guarantee does not cover services already rendered (for example, an installation already carried out) or cases of improper use of the product.
09 Warranties and liability
Arreluna takes the utmost care to ensure its plugins work correctly and are well documented. However, the software is provided «as is» within the limits permitted by law, and the customer is responsible for maintaining backups of their site before installing or updating any plugin.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Arreluna shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss or loss of profit arising from the use or inability to use the products. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights that consumer regulations recognise as mandatory.
10 Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, when the buyer acts as a consumer, the Courts and Tribunals of their place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
In accordance with European regulations, we inform you that the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform, accessible at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
