The Countdown Visibility Switcher is free on WordPress.org and you can ask whatever you need here. Customers of the paid plugins get priority support.

How does the setup service work?
It's a one-off payment of 90€. I take care of leaving the plugin installed, with the timers, the classes on your pages and the styles matching your brand. You just review the result.
