01 Owner identification

This legal notice governs the use of the website arreluna.com (hereinafter, «the website»), owned by the person identified in the previous section (hereinafter, «Arreluna» or «the owner»).

Browsing the website grants the status of user and implies full and unreserved acceptance of all provisions included in this legal notice, which may be subject to changes. The user undertakes to make proper use of the website in accordance with the law, this legal notice, the terms of sale, and any other notices and instructions brought to their attention.

03 Conditions of use

The user undertakes to use the website, its contents and services in accordance with applicable law, good faith and public order. In particular, the user undertakes to refrain from:

07 Governing law and jurisdiction

For the resolution of any dispute that may arise from access to or use of the website, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the user’s place of residence when acting as a consumer, in accordance with consumer protection legislation.

If any provision of this legal notice is declared null or void, the remaining clauses shall remain valid and shall be interpreted taking into account the intention of the parties.
